Terms of Service for Our Online Store
Welcome to our online store. We provide services to you in accordance with the notices, terms, and conditions outlined in this Agreement (the “Agreement”). Additionally, when you use specific services (e.g., Customer Reviews), you will be bound by the rules, guidelines, policies, and terms applicable to those services—all of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. We reserve the right to modify this website and these terms and conditions at any time.


Website Usage
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we hereby grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the Site. This license permits you to view the Site via your internet browser *solely* for the purpose of purchasing personal items sold on the Site—not for commercial use or on behalf of any third party—unless explicitly approved in advance. Any violation of this Agreement will result in the immediate revocation of this license, without prior notice to you.

Except as allowed in the paragraph above, you may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise exploit the Site (or any portion of it) unless explicitly permitted in writing. You may not use any information on the Site for commercial gain or for the benefit of another business, unless pre-approved in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at our discretion—including, but not limited to, cases where we believe customer conduct violates applicable laws or harms our interests.

You may not upload, distribute, or publish any content, information, or material on the Site that: (a) infringes the copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any party; (b) is libelous, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic, or could lead to civil or criminal liability under U.S. or international law; or (c) contains bugs, viruses, worms, trapdoors, Trojan horses, or other harmful code. We may assign you a password and account ID to access certain parts of the Site. Each time you use this password or ID, you will be deemed authorized to access and use the Site in line with this Agreement—and we have no obligation to verify the authorization or source of such access/use.

You are solely responsible for all access to and use of the Site by anyone using your original password or ID—whether or not such access/use is authorized by you. This includes all communications, transmissions, and obligations (e.g., financial obligations) arising from such access/use. You must protect the security and confidentiality of your password and ID. If you detect unauthorized use of your password/ID or any breach of the Site’s security, you must notify us immediately.


Additional Policies
- Default Newsletter Subscription: New users are automatically subscribed to our newsletter.
- Shipping & Order Fulfillment: We may ship from multiple warehouses. For orders with multiple items, we may split the order into separate packages at our discretion, based on stock levels. We process orders according to the dispatch time listed on the website. If an item is not shipped within the estimated timeframe, we will provide a solution via the Support Center. If you contact us before this, we will act in line with your request and our policies. Thank you for your understanding.


Reviews & Comments
Unless stated otherwise in this Agreement or on the Site, any content you submit, post, or provide to the Site—including ideas, know-how, techniques, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, “Submissions”)—will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting or posting, you irrevocably license us (and our Site) to use the Submission and all related intellectual property rights (excluding moral rights like authorship rights) free of charge. We shall have the royalty-free, global, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable right to use, copy, distribute, display, publish, perform, sell, lease, transmit, adapt, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile such Submissions in any way and format. All Submissions automatically become our sole and exclusive property and will not be returned to you. You agree not to dispute any future use of your Submission.

You warrant that your Submissions (in whole or in part) are clear and free of intellectual property infringement, disputes, or third-party claims. We assume no liability for any misuse of copyright or other third-party rights by you. You agree to defend us and indemnify us against any losses arising from the use of your Submissions.

In addition to the rights above, when you post comments or reviews, you grant us the right to use the name you submit alongside such content (if provided). You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the reviews, comments, or other content you post, and that their use will not infringe any third-party rights. You may not use a fake email address, impersonate another person, or otherwise mislead others about the origin of your Submissions or content. We are not obligated to remove or edit any Submissions (including comments or reviews) for any reason.


Copyright
All text, graphics, photographs, images, button icons, audio clips, logos, slogans, trade names, software, and other content on the website (collectively, “Content”) is the exclusive property of our Site or its respective content suppliers. You may not use, reproduce, copy, modify, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, publicly perform, distribute, or commercially exploit any Content—unless explicitly permitted in writing by us. The use of data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering tools, as well as the use of our trademarks/service marks in meta-tags, is strictly prohibited. You may only view and use Content for personal information, shopping, and ordering on the Site—no other purpose. The collection, arrangement, and assembly of all Content on the Site (the “Compilation”) is exclusively ours. You may not use our Content or Compilation in a way that disparages us, causes confusion, or violates applicable laws/regulations. All software used on the Site (the “Software”) is the property of our Site or its Software suppliers. The Content, Compilation, and Software are protected by state, national, and international copyright laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

We recognize and respect all copyrights and trademarks. Any use of television, film, music, film festival, or other names/titles on the Site has no connection to us and belongs solely to their respective copyright or trademark holders. Our dresses draw inspiration from celebrity styles and are recreations of items worn by celebrities on TV shows or the red carpet. However, these products are not authorized, endorsed by, or connected to such shows in any way—and are not intended to infringe any registered trademarks or copyrights.


Intellectual Property Infringement Policy
We are committed to upholding state, federal, and international laws regarding intellectual property (IP) rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents. If you are an IP rights owner and believe our Site sells, offers for sale, or makes available goods/services that infringe your IP rights, please send the following complete information to us:
1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the allegedly infringed exclusive rights owner;
2. A description of the allegedly infringing work or material;
3. A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on the Site (e.g., product URL);
4. Contact information (address, phone number, email) to reach you;
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the IP owner, its agent, or the law;
6. Identification of the infringed IP rights (e.g., “XYZ copyright,” “ABC trademark, Reg. No. 123456, registered 1/1/04”);
7. A statement (under penalty of perjury) that the above information is accurate, and that you are the IP owner or authorized to act on their behalf.


Termination & Its Effects
In addition to other legal or equitable remedies, we may terminate this Agreement or revoke any/all of your rights under it immediately, without prior notice. Upon termination, you must cease all access to and use of the Site. We will also immediately revoke your password(s) and account ID, and deny your access to (or use of) the Site in whole or in part. Termination will not affect the parties’ respective rights and obligations (including payment obligations) that arose before termination.


Order Acceptance
Please note that some orders may be unable to be accepted and may need to be canceled. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Situations that may lead to order cancellation include: quantity limits on purchases, inaccuracies/errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud prevention team. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting an order. If all or part of your order is canceled, or if more information is needed, we will contact you.

Both parties agree that once an order is dispatched, transportation is the sole responsibility of the third-party logistics provider. During this stage, full ownership of the products belongs to you (the buyer), and all related liability and risks during transportation shall be borne by you. Any order marked “delivered” by the shipping company is considered delivered, and we cannot be held liable for non-delivery in such cases.


Typographical Errors
While we strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. We cannot confirm an item’s price until you place an order. If an item is listed with an incorrect price or information due to a pricing or product error, we reserve the right (at our discretion) to refuse or cancel any orders for that item. In the case of a mispriced item, we may either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.


Multi-Currency Pricing
Prices for products sold on our Site are calculated in U.S. Dollars (US$). Prices displayed in other currencies are converted from US$ using the most up-to-date exchange rates. Due to fluctuating currency values, non-U.S. currency prices on the Site (except on individual product pages) may not be current. Areas where non-U.S. currency prices may be inaccurate include (but are not limited to) promotional banners, promotional pages, and product category pages. The price shown on an individual product page—regardless of currency—is the current price you owe us (excluding shipping).


Arbitration
If the parties fail to resolve a dispute within 30 days of its occurrence, they agree to submit the dispute to the International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (the “SCIA”) for arbitration. Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the SCIA’s arbitration rules in effect at the time of filing. The arbitral award is final and binding on both parties.


Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law, without regard to conflict of laws principles.


Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the operation of, or content on, any such third-party sites.


Remedies
You agree that legal remedies alone would be inadequate for any actual or threatened breach of this Agreement. We shall therefore be entitled to specific performance, injunctive relief, or both— in addition to any damages we may legally recover, plus reasonable dispute resolution expenses (including attorneys’ fees).

No right or remedy of ours shall be exclusive of any other (whether legal or equitable), including damages, injunctive relief, and attorneys’ fees. No waiver of our rights or remedies under these terms shall imply an obligation to grant a similar or future waiver.


Order Cancellation
Please note that packed or shipped orders cannot be canceled or modified. Only paid, processing, or partially shipped orders may be adjusted. If you wish to cancel a shipped order, contact our dedicated customer service team immediately. Our agents will assist you as best as possible; however, if cancellation is not possible, please accept the package and refer to our warranty page.


Customer Code of Conduct
We are committed to assisting customers and resolving issues politely, professionally, and amicably. As such, we will not tolerate unacceptable or unreasonable behavior toward our Customer Service Team.

Unacceptable behavior toward our staff or our company includes (but is not limited to):
- Aggressive, abusive, or threatening conduct (e.g., direct/implied threats, intimidating language, personal/verbal abuse, sexist/racist/homophobic/derogatory remarks, rudeness, inflammatory statements, swearing, unsubstantiated allegations);
- Persistently making excessive or vexatious complaints, even after the matter has been fully resolved; repeating complaints despite reasonable, policy-aligned solutions;
- Asking, expecting, or demanding staff to violate company policies (e.g., excessive refunds, unrealistic timeframes, special compensation); seeking outcomes beyond the scope of our policies (note: refunds cannot exceed the original order amount paid to us);
- Repeatedly changing the nature/focus of a complaint or desired outcome after a formal response has been provided;
- Submitting an excessive number of complaints relative to your total purchase history (including opening too many Live Chat sessions or support tickets).

For such behavior, complainants may receive formal notice stating:
- Their language/conduct is offensive, abusive, threatening, and unacceptable;
- They must cease such language, intimidation, or threats;
- No further correspondence will be sent if the behavior continues;
- We reserve the right to refuse future orders from the customer without additional notice.


Complaint Escalation Process
This process applies *only* to Customer Service issues. For legal matters (e.g., copyright), refer to our legal section [link].

If you are dissatisfied with a Customer Service solution, you may contact our Customer Service Supervisor by submitting a new ticket in the “Submit a Formal Complaint” section, following this path:

Please contact us within 3 months of the shipment date if you have not received your package (for standard, flat-rate, or priority shipping). For Latin America, this deadline is extended to 4 months for postal deliveries. All expedited delivery issues must also be reported within 3 months of shipment. After this period, we cannot offer compensation. Note: Packages marked “delivered” by the expedited shipping courier are exempt from this policy.

We respond to all complaints within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
