I re-hooked it and I found what was not connected and fixed it, now it working very well, everything works as it should, no regrets. I'll give this item 10/10👌🏿👍🏿

Plug and play, install was incredibly easy and would be for anyone who's swapped a car stereo before; only took an hour. For us in the 2017 Explorer, tons of room inside the dash for routing wires and placing things like the antennas, USB ports, mic etc. where you prefer/most optimally. The worst part about buying an older car is the lack of modern phone integration typically paired with tiny screens; this unit solves all of that while going one step further and including the climate control and majority of other vehicle functions right on the screen. It feels way more modern and futuristic and really updates the feel of the interior.

Something that surprised me and made me very happy was to see the latest firmware now includes the heated steering wheel right in with the rest of climate controls.
