I have to say this is one of my better purchases . The screen is beautiful and the response time for all the apps is incredible. I had an issue with the volume control but tech support help me with that and now I'm good to go. I was also able to load a few apps that wasn't in the Google Play Store and they work perfectly!!! The learning curve was short for this product and I'm sure you may have questions but I have to say the tech support was off the chain and that's the real icing on the cake. The only "Con" is the rear view camera that comes with it has to be installed , but I'm Complete satisfied with my purchase.
