I have purchased several Tesla-style radios over the years, primarily from Phoenix, and to be completely honest, the quality has noticeably gone downhill with my last few purchases. Because of that, I was a bit hesitant to try another brand—but I came across this company and figured, why not give it a shot.
I am very glad I did.
From the moment I received the unit, I could tell this was a completely different experience. Installation was exactly what everyone hopes for but rarely gets—true plug-and-play. Everything connected seamlessly, and the wiring was clearly labeled and very easy to understand. No guesswork, no frustration.
One of my biggest concerns going into this was losing my factory Sony amplifier. I rely heavily on sound quality, so that was a potential deal breaker. Thankfully, that concern disappeared instantly. Not only did I retain my factory amplifier, but I can confidently say the system actually sounds better than the original stock stereo. That alone exceeded my expectations.
Even better, the steering wheel controls worked perfectly right out of the box. No programming, no headaches. The Global Positioning System locks onto satellites quickly and maintains a strong, reliable signal. Everything just works the way it should.
Now let us talk about customer service—because this is where they really stand out. I had the pleasure of working with Wendy, and she was phenomenal. Her communication was incredibly fast, transparent, and helpful throughout the entire process. In fact, her response time to emails was just as fast as the shipping speed to my doorstep, which was impressive on its own.
They also went the extra mile by providing tracking information and even sending pictures showing the unit powered on and working before it shipped. That level of attention and care gave me a ton of confidence in my purchase.
Installation is straightforward and does not require a full toolbox. All I needed was:

A 8 millimeter socket
A 7 millimeter socket
A simple trim pry tool

That is it. Easy. Very easy.
Overall, this has been one of the best aftermarket upgrades I have made to my truck. From product quality and sound performance to customer service and ease of installation, everything about this experience has been top-notch.

Arrived days sooner than expected. Installation was easy, taking about an hour. Ran into a couple of issues after installation but seller was very responsive and guided me through a couple of setting adjustments and radio is working fine. The upgrade adds a more up to date look to my truck. Still exploring all the things I
can do with the large tablet radio. Would definitely purchase again. Great value for the money.
