So we got this about 3 months ago, and was super easy to install. Works great, fit in our 2015 evoque with a new trim plate no problem. We started having some issues with it connecting. I found a YouTube video of some else having the same problem. I was able to contact the company though their page, message them. They have been super helpful and they're making the issue right. Thank you for the great customer service even months after our purchase. Thank you!!! 😊
