My 14.4 inch Android 13 Car Radio for my 2017 Ram which I purchased thru Amazon failed after 11 months. I keep such good care of it. But one day on June 12 it decided not to display anything on the screen.
I email Viknav support who took days to get back to me. So I had to call them ($100 AT&T Charge) They seemed un aware of the process of how to manage a failure. They want me to send the unit to them in China at all my expense, that's shipping ~$100, and Export fees ~150, and wait approx 60+ days to get it repaired. This is all unacceptable. There must be a US location to fix these units should they failed.
I am filing complaints with both Amazon and my Chase CC company. I also plan to go viral with my complaints on all the social media online services such as X, Facebook, TikTok and more to get my warring to all not to purchase this item. You must know, I like the device, but it must last more than 11 months. As not it's become super expensive and time consuming.
